Responsibilities

  • Shape strategy, guide operations, and ensure exceptional patient care while optimizing team performance.
  • Oversee adherence to healthcare regulations and policies as a compliance champion.
  • Make critical, results-driven decisions, set priorities, and align outcomes with organizational goals.
  • Develop business plans and marketing strategies in collaboration with leadership teams.
  • Use data analysis to identify trends, anticipate challenges, and develop solutions.
  • Stay current on industry trends and regulations through continuous learning.
  • Foster a collaborative, results-oriented work environment that empowers team members.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of hospice expertise preferred, with a focus on leadership and exceptional care.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration (required); Master’s degree a plus.
  • Astute knowledge of healthcare theories, concepts, and best practices, with a hospice focus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments; adaptable and agile.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
