About the Role
Lead a premier senior living community at Community Friendship Village of South Hills, a large, highly visible senior living community in Upper St. Clair, Pennsylvania. This role offers the opportunity to influence culture, resident experience, operations, and growth while partnering with executive leadership across the organization. You will build and mentor high-performing leadership teams, with competitive compensation, bonus potential, and opportunities for professional growth within a nationally recognized nonprofit organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full operation of the community, leading teams across resident services, healthcare operations, hospitality, dining, sales, financial performance, and team engagement.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing leadership team to drive operational excellence and resident satisfaction.
- Partner with sales leadership to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
- Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and operational metrics.
- Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.
- Support team member growth, engagement, and retention.
- Lead with visibility, accountability, empathy, and energy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of Executive Director/Administrator experience within a CCRC/Life Plan Community.
- Proven leadership in large-scale operations while delivering exceptional service and building strong teams.
Pay
Pay range: $154,600.00–$224,200.00+ annually, with bonus potential.
