Executive Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead the implementation of the Highgate brand platform for our residents, their families, and our team members. This role involves overseeing the overall operation of the community, ensuring compliance with state regulations, adhering to organizational policies and procedures, and successfully running a business.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and motivate teams. They should also have a proven track record in operating an assisted living community or memory care community, and experience in sales and sales coaching.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of the Highgate brand platform
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational policies
  • Manage the operational aspects of the community
  • Build and maintain a positive and supportive team environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve outcomes and engagement

Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • At least 4 years of executive-level experience in seniors housing or other applicable business models
  • Holds a current administrator license or can obtain one to operate an assisted living community
  • Current negative TB test
  • Knowledgeable in all aspects of caring for seniors and their families
  • Prior sales and sales coaching experience
  • Valid driver’s license with a qualifying driver abstract
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with little oversight
  • Top-notch organizational abilities and communication skills

Qualifications

  • Ability to pass a criminal record/background check
  • Passionate about serving others
  • Prior experience working with seniors
  • Willingness to be vaccinated against COVID-19 (preferred)

The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $120,000 per year.
