About the role

We are seeking an Executive Director to lead our mission of creating vibrant senior living communities where compassion meets innovation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leading a high-functioning, empowered team and committed to maintaining extraordinary standards of service and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, supervise, and support all team members
  • Work with the Leadership Team and Compass Senior Living to plan all aspects of the Community
  • Conduct routine inspections of services to ensure compliance and maintain current knowledge of state regulations
  • Manage budgets, labor costs, food costs, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll in collaboration with home office team members
  • Ensure optimum occupancy, revenue, and profitability in collaboration with the sales and marketing team
  • Develop positive relationships and partnerships with professional organizations, State regulators, the community, families, elders, and team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in a related field
  • Licence in good standing (if required by the State Licensing Authority) or willingness to secure licensure within six months of employment
  • Computer literacy, savvy in social media, and proficiency in learning specified online programs
  • Experience with financial reporting, record keeping, and managing multiple budgets
  • Good verbal communication skills and the ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers who only speak English
  • Meet all health requirements as specified by state and/or federal regulations
  • Pass a criminal background check
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation

Pay

Annual salary starting at $110,000/year.
