Responsibilities
- Provides strategic leadership and overall management
- Reports directly to the Board of Directors and leads an administrative management team
- Responsible for operational budget development and management
- Includes a budget narrative and all formats required for several types of grants
- Oversees financial transactions necessary to manage Mesa County RSVP
- Forecasts and approves all expenses, properly allocating to the various programs
- Collaborates with the marketing committee and grant and fundraising committee
- To ensure the mission and integrity of Mesa County RSVP is accurately reflected in annual goals and community outreach
- Manages and supervises the RSVP team, providing guidance and professional development
- Recruits, hires, and evaluates staff
- Increase organizational visibility by being active in local community activities
- Establish networks, outreach, and resources
- May perform other duties as needed or assigned
