What We Do
We tackle frustrations with Builders Media, which exposes Americans to content that challenges divisive narratives and encourages flexibility and problem-solving. We also offer Civic Activation Programming, education & toolkits, and Build Relationships.
What You'll Do
You will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to scale national and local programs that spread Builders values and mindset. This includes implementing Builders' national mission at a local level, fostering a movement of Texans committed to bridging divides and tackling state challenges. The role involves fundraising accountability, stakeholder engagement, and leading a talented remote team.
Requirements
- A builder with a track record of initiative and execution.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and a decisive, confident leadership style.
- A dedication to people management and coaching.
- A strategic and executional approach to translating ideas into action.
- A resourceful, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to overcome obstacles.
- At least 10 years of experience leading initiatives, coalitions, or programs.
- A deep understanding of the political, cultural, and social landscape.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentational communication skills.
- An ability to build and scale programs from the ground up.
- A proven ability to bring diverse groups together to achieve common goals.
- Experience managing complex projects, including event planning, stakeholder coordination, and budget oversight.
