About the role
Avista Senior Living is expanding in Utah County and seeks a dynamic Executive Director to lead their newest community.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across all departments
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing management team
- Drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, and quality of care initiatives
- Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations
- Develop strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the local community
- Pearson closely with clinical leadership, including the Director of Nursing, to ensure integrated, high-quality care
- Represent the community as an ambassador for its mission and values
Qualifications
- Current or eligible Utah Executive Director/Administrator license (as applicable)
- Minimum of 2 years of senior living or healthcare leadership experience
- Proven track record of operational and financial success
- Strong leadership, communication, and community-relations skills
- Passion for senior care and creating a positive, resident-first culture
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
