Responsibilities
- Leadership & Culture
- Build and sustain a culture of accountability, mentorship, and kindness
- Lead by example—setting clear expectations and holding teams to high standards
- Develop department heads through coaching, feedback, and performance management
- Foster an environment where team members feel valued, supported, and empowered
- Operations & Compliance
- Oversee daily operations across all departments
- Ensure full compliance with Utah state regulations and Department of Health standards
- Ensure care is delivered with quality, dignity, and empathy
- Financial Performance
- Manage and execute annual budgets for revenue and expenses
- Drive financial success through occupancy growth and expense management
- Hold leaders accountable to KPIs and operational metrics
- Sales & Growth
- Act as the sales leader of the community
- Own the customer journey—from first impression through residency
- Partner with teams to drive occupancy, reputation, and growth
- Resident Experience
- Deliver and uphold world-class customer service standards
- Champion a resident-centered culture rooted in kindness and empathy
- Continuously elevate the resident and family experience

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred
- Leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality strongly preferred
Pay
Base salary: $105,000 – $115,000 (DOE)
