Location: Wichita, KS – Wichita PACE facility
About the role
Direct overall operations and strategic planning for the PACE organization, driving financial performance, forecasting, and census growth while integrating Catholic healthcare mission and core values into the culture. Ensure full compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations, religious directives, and internal policies to maintain the highest standard of care and risk management. Oversee the complete employee lifecycle—including hiring, performance management, and continuing education—to build and retain high-performing operational and clinical teams. Serve as the primary executive liaison to the Board of Directors, presenting operational reports, driving governance strategy, and translating organizational objectives into actionable policies.
Requirements
- Nursing Home Administrator license preferred
- High School diploma or equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience (including 2 years in leadership/management), or Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience (including 2 years in leadership/management)
Pay
$110,592.64 – $149,624.68 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus incentive
