About the role
The Director, Executive Compensation is responsible for overseeing the compensation strategy and processes for the organization. This includes designing and implementing compensation plans, conducting market analyses, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement compensation plans aligned with the organization’s strategic goals
- Conduct market analyses to ensure competitiveness and fairness
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage the annual compensation cycle including salary adjustments, bonuses, and equity grants
- Oversee the administration of benefits programs
- Communicate compensation strategies and decisions to leadership and employees
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive compensation or related field
- Experience with compensation software and tools
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
