About the role
The role of Executive Director involves leading a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals through strategic planning, resource management, and leadership development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the organization.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Lead the recruitment and training of new staff members.
- Manage budgets and financial resources effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successful project management and team building.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications

- Experience in non-profit or public sector organizations preferred.
