About the role

The Arizona School Boards Association Insurance Trust (ASBAIT) seeks an Executive Director to lead the organization in providing high-quality, affordable health benefits to Arizona's public education community.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ASBAIT remains a trusted, high-impact provider of affordable health benefits for Arizona's public education workforce.
• Manage the organization's finances and operations effectively.
• Work with boards to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Lead the development and implementation of new programs and services.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.
• Experience working with boards.
• The ability to build collaborative relationships across diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in benefits administration and public sector or education-related environments is preferred.
