Executive Coordinator
About the role
Trio Electric is one of the leading electrical design, construction, and service firms in Texas. We are a full-service electrical contractor focusing on commercial and light industrial projects. At TRIO Electric, you'll work on some of the largest commercial construction projects in Houston while being supported by industry-leading planning, BIM coordination, prefab operations, and experienced field leadership.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Coordinator to serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership. This role supports three C-suite executives and clients in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where precision, judgment, and flexibility are essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to senior leaders of the organization
- Manage complex, fast-changing calendars for three leaders
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, contingency planning, and real-time troubleshooting
- Serve as a liaison between C-suite leaders
- Prepare executive briefings, presentations, reports, agendas, and other communication materials
- Manage expenses, documentation, meeting follow-up, and administrative workflows with accuracy and urgency
- Track action items, priorities, and deadlines to ensure operational continuity
- Plan and execute onsite meetings, offsites, executive gatherings, and team events
- Support office operations and assist with additional responsibilities as the business grows
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen communication, and enhance executive effectiveness

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced consulting, investment, construction, or similarly demanding professional environment
- Experience supporting C-level leaders and managing high-level client-facing interactions
- Strong track record of handling complex calendars, competing priorities, and frequent travel
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong executive presence, communication skills, and interpersonal judgment
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, as well as collaboration tools
- Ability to remain calm, resourceful, and effective under pressure

Pay
The position offers a competitive base salary estimated at $65,000 to $80,000 USD, depending on skills, qualifications, and experience. The role may also be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
Schedule
Typical work schedule is approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM depending on project requirements
