Executive Coordinator
About the role
The Executive Coordinator provides strategic executive, administrative, and development support to Lake Region Healthcare’s CEO. The position is a visible extension of the lead executive and must demonstrate a commitment to the organizational philosophy of operating within a person-centered care environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, priorities, travel, and daily activities to ensure strategic and effective use of executive time.
- Serve as a key liaison between the CEO, Board of Trustees, executive leadership, community partners, healthcare organizations, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Cook up and oversee executive communications, reports, presentations, correspondence, and other materials while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and messaging.
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO by anticipating needs, resolving issues independently, improving administrative processes, and facilitating effective decision-making and organizational coordination.

- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- A strong level of confidence, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism.
- A bachelor's degree in business, communications, non-profit administration, human services, healthcare or a related field or equivalent professional/administrative experience.
- Notary Public Commissioned or ability to obtain upon hire.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to conduct research, analyze, and present data in a succinct and well-written manner.
- Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
- Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to attend the work site per schedule.
Qualifications
- A master’s degree in business, communications, healthcare administration or related field.
- Previous administrative experience.
- Experience working in healthcare.

Pay
Hourly wage range of $32.69-$41.85. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.
Schedule
80 hours biweekly, day shifts, Monday to Friday.
