About the role

The Executive Coordinator provides strategic executive, administrative, and development support to Lake Region Healthcare’s CEO. The position is a visible extension of the lead executive and must demonstrate a commitment to the organizational philosophy of operating within a person-centered care environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, priorities, travel, and daily activities to ensure strategic and effective use of executive time.
  • Serve as a key liaison between the CEO, Board of Trustees, executive leadership, community partners, healthcare organizations, and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Cook up and oversee executive communications, reports, presentations, correspondence, and other materials while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and messaging.
  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO by anticipating needs, resolving issues independently, improving administrative processes, and facilitating effective decision-making and organizational coordination.

Requirements

  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
  • A strong level of confidence, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, communications, non-profit administration, human services, healthcare or a related field or equivalent professional/administrative experience.
  • Notary Public Commissioned or ability to obtain upon hire.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to conduct research, analyze, and present data in a succinct and well-written manner.
  • Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
  • Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to attend the work site per schedule.

Qualifications

  • A master’s degree in business, communications, healthcare administration or related field.
  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Experience working in healthcare.

Pay

Hourly wage range of $32.69-$41.85. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.

Schedule

80 hours biweekly, day shifts, Monday to Friday.
