About the role
The Executive Chef will be responsible for implementing and standardizing all culinary systems and procedures at Xavier University. They will manage, direct, and mentor frontline staff, procure and purchase supplies, create menus based on client needs, and implement innovative ideas in various areas of dining services.

Qualifications
- Minimum Education Requirement: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum Management Experience: 2 Years
- Minimum Functional Experience: 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
