With a collaborative culture, ambitious growth plans, and a leadership team focused on innovation, they are looking for an exceptional Executive Business Partner to become a trusted extension of their executive team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary partner to the CEO and support additional members of the executive leadership team.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, travel, and expenses across multiple executives.
- Cook up and coordinate Board of Directors meetings, materials, communications, and logistics.
- Support the CEO’s external board commitments and select personal scheduling responsibilities.
- Help keep executive priorities organized and moving forward.
- Welcome and interact with customers, investors, board members, and other key stakeholders.
- Oversee office operations and help create a productive, engaging workplace environment.
- Plan team events, celebrations, and culture-building activities.
- Jump into special projects and solve problems before they become problems.
Requirements
- Significant experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing complex calendars, travel, and executive priorities.
- Prior board administration experience.
- A track record of handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience in a startup, high-growth, or technology-driven company is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting founders or CEOs.
- Office management experience.
- Employee engagement, culture, or event planning experience.
- Experience serving as a true business partner rather than simply an administrative resource.
