Executive Business Partner
About Mammoth Brands
Mammoth Brands (formerly Harry’s Inc.) is the modern CPG company behind brands Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, Mando, and Coterie. We’re building a new model—and home—brands, founders, and talent looking to solve unmet needs, improve peoples’ lives, and ultimately challenge the status quo. Our mission is to “Create Things People Like More.” Simply put: everything we do should be better than what already exists. If it’s not, we don’t do it. This guides everything we do, from developing the best product experiences, to making Mammoth Brands a great place to work, to exploring innovative ways to give back to our community.
We got our start in 2013 when our co-founders created Harry's. They built the brand differently—online first, prioritizing direct relationships with customers—and in the process learned they’d created something bigger: a playbook and platform that could help other brands grow and scale to their full potential, and a vision to reimagine consumer packaged goods. Today, Mammoth Brands is a growing portfolio of brands and the largest CPG company built in the last 20 years. Even as we grow, we take extra care to maintain the small, scrappy, entrepreneurial culture that helped to get us where we are today: to create a company that people like more, that better serves its customers, employees, and community.
We build brands that move fast and think big — and we hire people who are curious about AI, willing to experiment with it in their day-to-day work, and excited to accelerate what's possible. We prioritize giving our team the tools, training, and space to build real fluency, so you grow alongside the technology and help shape how we use it.

Qualifications
- 3-6 years of professional experience supporting senior leaders
- Possesses foresight: If you had a superpower, it would be the ability to see (and plan) around corners; you’re proactive. You know there’s a problem – and you know how to fix it – before anyone else. When you finish a task, you ask yourself what else could make the outcome even better - planning for every scenario and leaving no stone unturned
- Open to giving and receiving feedback: You thrive in high-accountability environments where the bar is high and feedback is frequent. You lead with kindness and proactively offer, listen, and have direct dialogue daily — and when you receive feedback, you implement it just as fast. You’re a pro at multitasking: You manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously, context-switch quickly based on shifting demands. You are a meticulous tracker and can quickly pivot and stay composed when things change
- Creative problem solver and resilient: There's no sticky situation you can't find your way out of, and you always come to the table with solutions, not just the problem. You stay steady under pressure — whether that's a last-minute pivot or something that just didn’t go as planned
- Communicate with clarity and good judgment: You tailor your tone to any audience — whether it's an email, a phone call, or an in-person conversation — and get things done by expressing yourself clearly and professionally. You're equally trusted with what you choose not to say: you exercise sound judgment with confidential and sensitive information, know how to tactfully navigate requests that may not be best answered, and help to put out, rather than flame, difficult situations
- Curious about AI and experimenting often: You're actively exploring how AI tools can sharpen your work, you're not afraid to try new things, and you're excited by how quickly this space is evolving — and how it's reshaping what an EA can do
