Overview

The Executive Assistant performs administrative tasks and supports the U.S. Army by developing, documenting, and maintaining acquisition strategies, strategic plans, and formal program management documentation to guide capability development and modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the principals' calendars to include coordinating and scheduling meetings and events.
  • Captures and reviews read-aheads and other documentation for PEO and SES.
  • Ensures all correspondence is in accordance with AR 25-50 before signature.
  • Serves as a point of contact for ceremonies, conferences, meetings, visits, and office calls.
  • Maintains all records and security requests.
  • Aid personnel in preparing travel authorizations in support of official temporary duty (TDY) utilizing the Defense Travel System (DTS).
  • Input personnel time and attendance records into the Automated Time and Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS).
  • Maintain and file personnel time and attendance records.
  • Database and spreadsheet development/maintenance.
  • Administrative data management, analysis, and research.
  • Maintain administrative access to the Manpower Information Retrieval and Reporting System (MIRARS).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of 6 years, with at least 2 years of experience supporting a Flag Officer or SES as an Executive Assistant
  • Associate's Degree w/ 10 years of experience or 12 years of experience in place of a degree
  • Ability to work with government-provided software packages (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Secret Clearance

Pay

Salary Range: $78K-93K

The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
