Executive Assistant - Secret Clearance required
About the role
The Operations Transformation team within Deloitte's Strategy & Transactions helps clients navigate their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. We deliver integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services across various areas including valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule forecasts, and daybooks
- Cook up meeting, event, conference, off-site, and visitor clearances
- Prepare travel arrangements, trip books, and executive read-ahead materials
- Track taskers and suspense items while maintaining filing and records systems
- Draft, edit, and proofread documents, briefings, reports, and presentations

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Active Secret clearance
- 3+ years of experience in executive administrative roles
- 2+ years of experience supporting defense clients
- Able to work on site 4 days a week
- Able to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
Preferred
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience drafting, editing, and proofreading briefings, reports, and presentations
Pay
Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to California and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,600 to $134,300.
Schedule
