Executive Assistant to the Chief Information Officer
About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to partner with IT leadership at Sandisk. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to a Senior Vice President by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and ensuring efficient office operations.
Responsibilities
- Own executive calendar; coordinate across senior executives, business partners and team members by prioritizing schedules and qualifying requests.
- Proactively solicit agendas and manage attendee lists.
- Cook up complex logistics for travel by developing itineraries, booking domestic and international flights, arranging transportation and accommodation. Visa and passport processing if necessary.
- Provide vacation coverage for other EAs as needed.
- Coordinate staff meetings, all hands meetings, offsites including tracking of action items and follow-ups.
- Manage a wide range of administrative and executive related tasks, including drafting routine correspondence and organizing/maintaining electronic files, updating distribution lists, onboarding new hires, creating/updating organizational charts, expense approvals, creating PR/PO and coordinate AV and IT requirements for meetings.
- Reconcile expenses in a timely manner adhering to Sandisk’s global expense policies.
- Anticipate needs and identify problems proactively, looking around corners for solutions and using existing resources in problem-solving.
- Interact regularly and build relationships with executives and colleagues across various teams.
- Absorb and implement feedback to improve processes and workflows.
- Achieve goals and objectives through collaboration and teamwork.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience required) and 5+ years supporting an SVP.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams).
- Experience working in a support role with C-suite administrative staff is preferred.

The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York. This range may be modified in the future.
