About the role

The Executive Assistant will support the CEO in managing their schedule, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative tasks. They will also assist in organizing company events and maintaining the CEO’s professional image.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare for and attend meetings on behalf of the CEO
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Organize and maintain files related to the CEO’s responsibilities
  • Support the CEO in planning and executing company events
  • Maintain the CEO’s professional image and reputation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of executive assistant experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Experience working with high-level executives
  • Knowledge of corporate event planning and coordination
  • Ability to travel as needed
