About the role
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO and executive leadership team. This role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll serve as a key liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders—ensuring seamless communication and execution of business priorities.
Responsibilities
- Manage CEO calendar, meetings, travel, and priorities
- Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports
- Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison for internal and external stakeholders
- Cook up executive meetings (agendas, minutes, follow-ups)
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects
- Draft and manage executive communications and correspondence
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation
- Afford coordination for board meetings, company events, and executive functions
- Monitor, prioritize, and respond to incoming communications
- Support additional executives as needed
- Improve administrative processes for efficiency
Requirements
- Education & Experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–7 years supporting executives or senior leadership
- Experience in a fast-paced professional environment
- Proven ability to manage confidential information
- Skills & Abilities
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to anticipate executive needs and work independently
- Adaptability in a changing environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
