Essential Duties
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CFO/SVP-FAManage a complex executive calendar, including scheduling, prioritization of commitments, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and related logistics
- Draft, review, and coordinate correspondence, reports, presentations, briefing materials, and other executive communications
- Monitor and coordinate the flow of information, ensuring timely responses and follow-through on priorities and commitments
- Coordinate and support strategic initiatives, special projects, and cross-functional efforts on behalf of the CFO/SVP-F
- Track projects, action items, and deadlines to ensure timely completion and effective execution
- Conduct research, compile information, and prepare materials to support decision-making and executive planning
- Serve as a primary point of contact for the Office of the CFO/SVP-FA
- Foster effective working relationships with students, faculty, staff, vendors, community partners, and other stakeholders
- Coverge communications and activities between the Office of the CFO/SVP-FA, the Office of the President, and senior leadership
- Cookordinate executive-level meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, preparation of meeting materials, and follow-up activities
- Record meeting minutes and monitor follow-up actions as assigned
- Provide administrative support for Board of Trustees and committee activities as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- The formal education of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education
- At least two (2) years of administrative support experience, with demonstrated experience managing confidential information and competing priorities with professionalism and discretion
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Preferred Qualifications
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible executive administrative support experience
- Experience supporting senior-level leaders in a complex organizational environment
- Experience in higher education

- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment
Physical Demands/Work Environment

- Close visual acuity to prepare and analyze data and figures, transcribe, view a computer terminal, and read
- Moderate noise level, including sounds from conversations, office equipment, and occasional movement of staff
- Standard lighting and temperature-controlled environment
- Occasional visits to other areas, such as storage rooms, conference spaces, or outdoor locations
- Infrequent exposure to louder noise levels or physical activities, such as moving lightweight materials
Rate of Pay
$19.76 hourly *Higher compensation may be considered based on qualifications directly related to position
