About The Role

As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’ll play a key role in supporting the CEO's focus, communication, and strategic direction. This role involves managing a complex global diary, aligning the Global Leadership Team (GLT), and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.

  • Act as a trusted extension of the CEO, reinforcing expectations, standards, and strategic focus
  • Strategically manage a complex global diary across multiple time zones, balancing internal, external, Board, and leadership priorities
  • Partner with the CEO to design and manage the cadence of GLT meetings, including agenda setting, prioritization, and pre-reads
  • Maintain strategic priorities by clearly articulating, tracking, and regularly reviewing key milestones and owners
  • Monitor progress against agreed objectives and proactively flag risks, delays, or interdependencies
  • Follow up with GLT members to ensure actions are delivered on time and to the required standard
  • Facilitate alignment across functions by identifying overlaps, gaps, and opportunities for cross-functional collaboration
  • Build trusted relationships across the organization and externally to enable seamless coordination and stakeholder alignment
  • Help drive clarity around decision rights, ownership, and accountability across the leadership team
