About the role
The Executive Assistant to the CEO and EVP will provide administrative support to the CEO and EVP, managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules and coordinate appointments for the CEO and EVP
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage logistics for executive travel
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Prepare agendas and take minutes for executive meetings
- Oversee the preparation and distribution of reports and presentations
- Support the CEO and EVP in organizing and attending industry events and conferences
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in executive assistant roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and PowerPoint
Qualifications
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Experience working with high-level executives and managing confidential information
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Pay
- $75,000 - $85,000 annually

- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
