About the role
The Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) supports the CFO in managing complex administrative tasks and ensures the smooth operation of finance-related activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CFO’s calendar, prepare meeting materials, and coordinate meetings.
- Support executive travel arrangements and maintain expense reports.
- Coordinate key events and facilitate cross-departmental initiatives.
- Develop and maintain reports, documents, and presentations for decision-making.
- Provide administrative support to the executive office and assist with special projects.
- Support Board and Committee meetings, including materials preparation and logistics.
Requirements
- Prior executive-level administrative support experience, preferably in a non-profit or mission-driven organization.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders, Board members, and external stakeholders.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Adaptability and sound judgment in responding to shifting priorities and urgent needs.
- Collaborative, proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to work full-time in an in-person environment.
Qualifications
- College degree preferred.
- Passion for ADAPT's mission and a commitment to the non-profit disability sector.

Industry-leading benefits package including compensation range of $70,000 - $80,000 annually.
