Your Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for the President, handling communications with customers, suppliers, and staff.
  • Manage the President’s complex calendar of appointments, meetings, functions, and travel.
  • Prepare detailed presentations based on information from meetings, reports, and direct reports.
  • Organize office procedures, sort and distribute communications, and optimize workflow.
  • Schedule meetings, take minutes, capture notes, and track follow-up items and deliverables.
  • Oversee time and travel management and expenses for the President and team members.
  • Possesses a continuous improvement and solutions-oriented mindset, leveraging emerging technologies, AI-enabled tools, and digital solutions to increase efficiency, improve business processes, and support organizational objectives.
  • Handle multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring coordination and follow-through.
  • Support project or program management in planning, structuring and controlling of all assigned projects.
  • Evaluate capacities needed and coordinate project planning, staffing and resourcing.
  • Monitor project progress and continuously check availability and utilization of capacities, resources, services and materi-als.
  • Cookordination and prepare gate- or milestone meetings, reports on progress, critical incidents and risks from PO perspective.
  • If required, plan and reconcile deliveries of goods, services and materials needed for the project in cooperation with project procurement.

Your Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
  • Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
  • Professional and calm composure while working under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
  • Provides the highest level of initiative and follow-through while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Preferred: MBA or degree in Automotive Aftermarket Management.
  • Experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leadership.
  • Works independently and performs all responsibilities with a high level of professionalism, judgment, discretion, a positive attitude, tact, and poise, and follows directions with minimal supervision.
