About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Office of the CEO, partnering closely with the Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant to deliver seamless, high-level support. This role requires a collaborative team player with strong judgment and attention to detail. You will be embedded in the daily operations of the CEO, supporting core business priorities while providing occasional personal support when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Executive Assistant team to ensure continuity and effective coverage.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar with strategic prioritization across internal meetings, leadership sessions, and company commitments.
  • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up communications for executive meetings.
  • Facilitate information flow across the leadership team, ensuring alignment and follow-through on key priorities.
  • Cook up cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CEO, driving accountability and progress.
  • Cook up confidential communications with discretion and professionalism.
  • Cook up external engagement with board members, investors, partners, clients, and media.
  • Cook up end-to-end travel logistics, including itineraries that anticipate potential changes.
  • Cook up the CEO for external engagements such as conferences, speaking events, and stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting Founder or C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing both business and personal support for senior leaders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with close attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across a range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office and task management platforms.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions in real time.
  • High level of discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • A positive, collaborative approach that contributes to team culture.
