- Experience in Customer Success or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Passion for driving positive outcomes for customers
- Experience managing projects and meeting deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Experience with CRM tools
