Executive Assistant II, Rapid and Rural Logistics (R2L)
About the role
Amazon’s R2L organization is seeking a flexible, proactive, multi-tasking Executive Assistant to support a collaborative, innovative, and customer-obsessed team. This position can be located in either New York City, NY or Nashville, TN. You will work with a multi-functional team across multiple geographies, supporting two leaders by managing calendars, travel, and team leadership meetings to drive effective follow-up on key actions and projects. The role requires managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changing directions with strong judgment and business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Provide seamless support to the leadership team to align with organizational priorities.
- Proactively manage leaders' calendars with attention to accuracy, detail, and time allocation to promote productivity, re-prioritizing as needed.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel in compliance with company policies, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Organize and manage meetings, off-sites, and team-based events.
- Understand business priorities and improve processes to create efficiency and scale for the leadership team, including communication tools and meeting planning.
- Plan the annual organizational calendar and facilitate integration and prioritization of emerging priorities.
- Track and drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on open items.
- Review and copy-edit business documents, communications, and presentations with high accuracy.
- Support and occasionally manage small to medium projects based on organizational needs and professional development interests.
- Proactively anticipate future actions, scheduling conflicts, and other forward-looking items for leaders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of senior-level leadership support experience, or 3+ years of Amazon experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling administrative details independently while exercising good judgment in keeping team members informed.
- End-to-end project management experience.

Pay
- New York City, NY: $81,600.00 - $142,800.00 USD annually.
- Nashville, TN: $74,200.00 - $129,800.00 USD annually.
Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
