Position Responsibilities

Ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments and on-time delivery to customers, prioritizing requests to meet critical deadlines and program timelines.

Ensure that all hazmat shipments are properly identified, packaged, and documented.

Effectively manage and prioritize logistics tasks per customer needs in a complex and dynamic environment, supporting the needs of multiple programs.

Process incoming RMAs in MRP system and see the process through completion.

Responsible for AES filing and export documentation.

Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related field is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management within regulated environment (aerospace, defense).
  • Knowledge of relevant compliance requirements.
  • Experience working with government contracts or defense-related programs preferred.
  • Proven experience in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in logistics and supply chain software systems (Oracle).

  • Familiarity with export compliance and international shipping regulations.
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, where small teams share a broad variety of duties.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to work in a manufacturing and office environment (Constant).
  • Sit and stand for long periods (Frequent).
  • Talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard (Frequent).

Special Requirements

  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.
  • Occasionally may be required to travel within the Continental U.S.
