Requirements

A day in the life

  • Based in your SSC hub, in the hybrid workplace program (minimum 4 days in office per week)
  • The Executive Assistant has a vital role in the success of their departments
  • Tasks include coordinating the Executive’s calendar and contacts, managing email, sending meeting invitations, arranging meeting rooms and tech resources, establishing work priorities, preparing briefing notes and minutes, providing documentation for meetings, delegating and following up on action items, maintaining confidential information, coordinating C-Suite level travel, managing Executive expenses, and overseeing onboarding of new executives.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years’ experience or equivalent in an administrative and/or executive support level capacity with increasing responsibilities
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to exercise tact, sound judgment, and prioritization
  • Able to observe and maintain the utmost confidentiality
  • Advanced-level Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Experience working with a publicly traded company

Compensation And Benefits Package

  • The typical hiring range for this position is from $69,100 - $90,700 annually
  • The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity
