About The Role

The Executive Business Partner to the SVP of Revenue Strategy, Operations & Account Development is a strategic, high-impact role that extends beyond traditional executive assistance. This position acts as a trusted partner and operational extension of senior leadership, responsible for managing complex workflows, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the smooth execution of strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of discretion, judgment, and emotional intelligence, managing the executive’s calendar, communications, and daily rhythm with foresight and precision. This role involves handling multifaceted responsibilities such as coordinating international travel, managing stakeholder relationships, overseeing operational processes, and executing special projects that influence organizational priorities. The candidate must thrive in dynamic environments, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving. This is a remote position based in the United States, requiring support during West Coast business hours and the flexibility to travel approximately once a month.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience supporting VP-level or higher executives in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to exercise discretion, sound judgment, and emotional intelligence in sensitive situations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in building scalable systems and processes
  • Ability to operate effectively within Pacific Time Zone business hours
  • Flexibility to travel approximately once per month for onsite support and events
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS, high-growth tech environments, or revenue operations is a plus
  • Comfort with productivity tools such as Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, and AI assistants

Responsibilities

  • Manage the SVP’s calendar, communications, and daily operational rhythm with proactive foresight
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including multi-leg trips and regional stakeholder engagements
  • Act as a trusted liaison to senior leaders, investors, and cross-functional teams, representing the executive professionally and effectively
  • Oversee operational continuity through expense management, meeting agendas, action item tracking, and behind-the-scenes coordination
  • Lead planning and execution of team onsite events, offsites, and executive gatherings, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Drive high-impact, time-sensitive projects across the organization, including preparing executive briefings and cross-functional initiatives
  • Champion company values and operating principles, fostering an inclusive, growth-oriented culture
