This role is open to candidates in Schneider Electric’s US Hub locations and follows a hybrid work model.
About the role
Use independent judgment to provide timely and effective administrative and clerical support to Senior Leadership of the NAOPs Commercial Operations team in a multi-cultural, multi-time-zone environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with peers and supports leaders across time zones and cultures
- Manages daily calendar within Outlook for leaders
- Books travel and handles expense reporting through Concur
- Coordinates small and large virtual and in-person meetings (scheduling conference rooms, coordinating food, logistics, note taking, minutes)
- Reserves domestic and international travel and hotel arrangements; proactively identifies requirements for travel documents such as visas and invitation letters
- Prepares and files expense reports
- Performs general office duties: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, correspondence flow, filing, requisition of supplies, faxing
- Coordinates agenda and materials for meetings, training sessions, and other organizational activities
- Maintains and updates databases; organizes and manages data on social media and shared sites
- Assists in preparation of business review materials
- Responds to staff requests for administrative support
- Multi-tasks and prioritizes multiple work items simultaneously
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in an executive-level administrative position in a demanding international matrix environment with various time zones and cultures
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office products and web applications
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Results-oriented with the ability to make decisions without direct supervisor involvement
- Soft skills enabling quick integration into the network of Executive Assistants
- Positive attitude and flexibility to work outside of regular schedule when special events require administrative support

Pay
The expected pay range for this U.S.-based position is USD 86,400 – USD 129,600 per year, including base pay and short-term incentives. Individual pay is determined by performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
