Our client, a single-family investment office supporting a prestigious and philanthropic family, is seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant - HR & Executive Operations to provide high-level support to senior HR, Talent, and IT leadership. This 5+ week temporary assignment is based in Boston and offers a pay rate of $45-50/hour, working 35+ hours per week on a hybrid schedule (Tuesday-Thursday onsite, Monday and Friday remote, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM). The ideal candidate will bring extensive executive support experience, strong HR partnership exposure, exceptional professionalism, and the ability to manage highly confidential information in a fast-paced corporate environment. ResponsibilitiesProvide executive support to senior HR and business leadersManage complex Outlook calendars across multiple stakeholdersCoordinate candidate interviews, meetings, and executive eventsDeliver a white-glove candidate experience throughout the hiring processCommunicate directly with candidates and interview teamsSupport recruiting operations, onboarding activities, and HR projectsProcess expense reports, invoices, and administrative documentationMaintain reports, presentations, training materials, and confidential recordsCoordinate trainings, workshops, special events, and team meetingsAssist with AI-driven initiatives and process improvement projectsIndependently manage special projects and ad hoc assignments QualificationsBachelor's degree required7+ years of professional experiencePrevious Executive Assistant experience supporting senior HR leaders and/or C-suite executivesStrong experience with interview coordination and recruiting supportAdvanced Outlook calendar management skillsExperience working with Copilot, Gemini, and other AI toolsStrong understanding of HR processes and handling confidential informationExcellent organizational, project management, and communication skillsProfessional, polished presence with strong business judgmentStable work history with demonstrated career progressionAbility to build relationships and navigate complex organizational structuresHighly tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
