Executive Assistant - Clearance Desired

The Executive Assistant provides administrative and operational support to company leadership to help ensure efficient day-to-day operations, effective communication, and coordination across the organization. This role supports internal communications, special projects, and administrative processes in a professional and organized manner.
Responsibilities
- Meeting preparations, read-aheads, track action items, follow-ups, and special projects while supporting day-to-day office operations and administrative activities using Office365 and related productivity tools.
- Coordinate events such as offsites, customer engagements, conference agendas, and welfare socials.
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, meetings, leadership events, and company activities to support efficient operations and organizational engagement.
- Serve as liaison between executives, employees, customers, and external partners while preparing reports, presentations, meeting materials, and internal communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of five years of administrative, executive support, or office management experience, preferably within a professional services environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and effectively support employees and leadership at all levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Office365 tools, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion while operating effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
- Familiarity with government contracting environments, including working with cleared personnel and handling sensitive information (preferred).
- Experience preparing executive presentations, reports, and meeting materials for leadership discussions (preferred).
- Experience within National Security, federal contracting, or GovCon (preferred).
- Ability to obtain a US government/DoD clearance.
Schedule
Standard business hours, Monday through Friday, with a hybrid schedule requiring onsite support at the Arlington headquarters three days per week. Occasional off-hours support during evenings and weekends may be required.
Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $115,000–140,000. Numerous factors can impact the final salary, including relevant work experience, skills and competencies, work location, education/certifications, and contract Labor Categories.
