About the role

The Executive Assistant supports the SVP, Chief Administrative Officer and the SVP, Chief Transformation and Integration Officer in the corporate office. This position is based in Fairfield, CA and requires an eight-hour workday from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the executive calendars and schedules meetings.
  • Assists executives in managing their respective strategic goals and objectives.
  • Coordinates the MCS contract signature process and maintains contract filing systems.
  • Interfaces with health plan representatives and assists with other projects as requested.
  • Supports committee activities, prepares materials for meetings, and coordinates follow-up.
  • Attends meetings and assists with special projects.
  • Manages multiple priorities and meets designated deadlines.
  • Handles telephone calls and other forms of communication; performs routine office functions.
  • Performs notary services for NorthBay Health and its employees if certified.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: Notary Public preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years of experience supporting top level management/executive.
  • Skills: Excellent oral/written communication skills; demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; exceptional organizational skills; proficient with MS Office suite; strong writing and proofreading skills; ability to maintain confidentiality; excellent customer service skills; ability to handle multiple projects, set up complex meetings; demonstrates NorthBay Health’s True North Values.

Hours of work

Monday – Friday, with an eight (8) hour work day.

Pay

$38 to $47 per hour based on years of experience doing the duties of the role.
