Roles & Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CTO, including document preparation, managing correspondence, and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Scheduling: Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes during meetings, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Schedule Management: Manage the CTO’s calendar, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient time management.
- Marketing and Sales Coordination: Assist in coordinating activities between the CTO and the marketing and sales departments, facilitating effective communication and project tracking.
- Workload Management: Help in managing the CTO’s workload by prioritizing tasks, setting deadlines, and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communication, ensuring clear and professional exchanges. Must be good in rapid communication model.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or a similar role, preferably in a technology environment.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- High proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools and applications.
- Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
