Executive Assistant
This role provides comprehensive support to the Executive Vice President, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Senior Vice President and Regional Vice President. The Executive Assistant manages daily, weekly, and monthly operational activities while delivering high-level administrative and organizational support to ensure effective coordination and execution of strategic priorities and operational initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Complete assigned daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
- Manage the RVP's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings
- Support cross-functional collaboration between departments (Distribution, Manufacturing, Quality, and HR)
- Coordinate logistics, materials, and communication for internal and external meetings
- Track key operational metrics, action items, and follow-ups
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communications on behalf of the RVP
- Organize onsite and offsite meetings
- Research and document findings related to assigned projects
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personnel information
- Assist RVP with daily responsibilities
- Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience supporting office functions
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or bachelor's degree
- Five years of experience supporting office functions
Work Environment
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical Demands
This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which may involve lifting files, opening filing cabinets, and bending or standing on a stool as necessary.
Schedule
This is a full-time position. Typical workdays are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with core hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Some flexibility in hours is allowed.
Travel
Minimal travel may be required for offsite meetings or company events.
