About the role
Responsible for supporting the business needs of the organization by providing support to various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities between departments to ensure project completions.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, track project progress, and prepare reports for clients or project stakeholders.
- Review project requirements, identify interdependencies with internal or external departments or service providers, delegate responsibilities, and ensure that work is completed as needed.
- Perform a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes.
- Follow clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion.
- Use basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members.
- Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Typically requires 0-2 years of related work experience.
