Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders across the firm, driving alignment, execution, and communication across key initiatives while anticipating needs and ensuring priorities move forward efficiently.
- Provide high-level executive support, managing complex calendars, competing priorities, and shifting demands while optimizing executive effectiveness.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with founders, portfolio company executives, investors, board members, executive search partners, candidates, and prospective founders, representing the firm with professionalism and discretion.
- Cook up and maintain seamless scheduling and logistics for domestic and international meetings across multiple time zones, balancing competing priorities and sensitivities.
- Act as an extension of the executives you support by maintaining visibility into priorities, attending key meetings as needed, driving follow-through on action items, and supporting execution of strategic initiatives.
- Streamline communication and coordinate efforts across teams to support firm-wide objectives.
- Serve as a trusted ambassador for the firm, ensuring a high-quality, welcoming, and professional experience for all founders, investors, candidates, portfolio company leaders, and external stakeholders.
Additional Experience
- Experience supporting recruiting, executive search, or talent-related initiatives, including interview coordination, candidate communications, and stakeholder management.

Pay
The annual base salary range is $140,000 to $180,000. The base salary will depend on numerous factors such as experience, knowledge, and skills.
Schedule
This role requires 5 days per week in office.
