This is a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA with Mondays and Fridays remote.

About the role

The Executive Assistant provides secretarial and administrative support to executives, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism. This role involves managing calendars, appointments, and meeting coordination, as well as preparing correspondences, reports, and presentations. The assistant also handles travel arrangements, expense tracking, and general clerical duties, while maintaining strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity in all interactions. Additionally, the position requires effective collaboration with other departments to solve business problems.

Responsibilities

  • Provides secretarial/administrative support directly to executives (excluding CEO), exercising confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Identifies, enhances, and follows specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business to which the support is being provided.
  • Utilizes business software applications (e.g., MS Office) to prepare correspondences, reports, presentations, agendas, meeting minutes, etc.
  • Manages calendar, appointments, deadlines, and meeting coordination.
  • Files documents and other materials, performs data entry of applicable information, and maintains resource information, references, and other indexes as appropriate.
  • Prepares travel/meeting arrangements, makes decisions, and tracks expenses as required.
  • Receives, screens, and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail, and email as necessary.
  • Performs general clerical duties as required.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Highly organized and efficient with MS Office.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Exercises confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Takes initiative and ability to multitask.
  • Expense tracking experience.
  • Bachelor's or University Degree (Required).
  • At least 3 years of experience.

Pay

Annual salary range: $65,700 - $82,100. The base salary range serves as a guideline of the position’s typical hiring range. We consider a variety of factors when determining an offer, including skills, experience, external and internal benchmarks, and overall company considerations. Certain positions may be eligible for short-term and long-term incentive rewards.
