About the role
Milacron is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support our C-suite executives in Batavia, OH.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to C-suite executives, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Act as a point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Organize and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
- Cook up, take minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings.

- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling appointments, conferences, and events.
- Assist with project management and tracking key initiatives as needed.
- Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and other financial documentation.
- Avoid special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team.
- Maintain an organized filing system, both electronic and physical.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
- High level of professionalism, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
