About the Company
Our client is a boutique real estate investment firm based in Midtown Manhattan. They are looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team and support their senior executives.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars for multiple executives, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and arranging conference calls
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all matters and information
- Organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts
- Provide general administrative support to other organization staff as needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative support or similar role
- Prior experience supporting director or other high level executives in a large corporate environment (Bank or Law Firm)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive and relationship-focused mindset
Nice to Have
- Prior experience at a Brokerage firm
- Specific college degree
- Multilingual fluency**
Hybrid role in the NYC area with potential to be fully remote.

- Ability to learn quickly and engage in multiple detailed tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility regarding duties and hours necessary to complete them
