This is a 100% remote, full-time role open to candidates in the United States. The position supports group airfare planning, booking coordination, traveler support, ticketing, schedule changes, and group travel operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day Executive Assistant tasks, schedules, records, follow-up, or workflow status that support group airfare planning, booking coordination, traveler support, ticketing, schedule changes, and group travel operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, files, and system updates required for the Executive Assistant function.
- Review assigned requests or operational information for completeness and follow documented procedures for routine exceptions.
- Communicate progress, deadlines, handoffs, and unresolved issues clearly with relevant stakeholders.
- Identify practical process improvements and maintain a clear record of actions, decisions, and completed work.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to perform Executive Assistant work, or closely related training or experience, with reliable accuracy and follow-through.
- Comfort using remote-work tools, web-based systems, spreadsheets, email, shared documents, and role-appropriate business software.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document questions, decisions, status, and exceptions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines, repetitive tasks, or multiple priorities without losing record quality.
- Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to maintain reliable internet access and a suitable private workspace.

Pay
Base compensation: $48,000–$62,000 per year, depending on experience and demonstrated role alignment.
Schedule
