About the role
The Executive Assistant to the President/CEO serves as a strategic partner by managing executive operations, supporting Board governance, and ensuring the efficient coordination of leadership activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the President/CEO's calendar, travel arrangements, expense reconciliation, and daily administrative priorities while coordinating executive-level meetings.
- Serve as the primary liaison for the Board of Directors by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, maintaining Board records, recording meeting minutes, coordinating Board events, and supporting governance best practices.
- Attend Executive Leadership Team meetings, maintain agendas and meeting minutes, and publish weekly executive communications and staff updates.
- Support Executive and Senior Leadership Team scheduling, prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and other executive documents.
- Cook up meeting space reservations, manage executive mail and deliveries, arrange administrative coverage as needed, and perform additional duties to support executive operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of executive or senior-level administrative experience supporting executive leadership.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint, and Constant Contact.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality, manage multiple priorities, communicate professionally, and support Board governance activities, including preparation of agendas and recording meeting minutes.
Skills
- Experience supporting executive leadership teams and Boards of Directors.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to anticipate executive needs, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay
$60,000 - $70,000 annually
