Executive Assistant
About the role
We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support two members of Amplitude's executive leadership team: our Chief Human Resources Officer and our Head of Marketing. This is a highly visible role that sits at the intersection of People, Marketing, and the broader executive team, requiring exceptional organization, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage complex calendars, competing priorities, communications, travel, and day-to-day executive operations.
- Drive execution of key business rhythms—including staff meetings, leadership reviews, team offsites, All Hands, QBRs, and cross-functional planning—ensuring seamless logistics and follow-through.
- Build strong relationships across the executive team and partner with Workplace, Employee Experience, Finance, Recruiting, and other cross-functional teams to keep priorities moving efficiently.
- Handle highly confidential information with exceptional judgment while serving as a trusted advisor and thought partner to both executives.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, leverage AI and automation tools where appropriate, and create scalable ways of working that increase executive effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives, with experience supporting VP or C-level leaders preferred.
- Experience managing complex domestic and international travel, executive calendars, meeting logistics, expense reporting, and executive communications.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Slides, Sheets) and experience creating executive-ready presentations and documents.
- Demonstrated ability to manage highly confidential information with professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- The ability to work from our San Francisco office as part of our hybrid work model.

Pay
$138,000 - $207,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
Schedule
This role is eligible for equity, benefits, and other forms of compensation. This role is based in our San Francisco headquarters and is expected to work onsite multiple days each week.
