Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences.
We need to parse the posting.
Content:
- About Us paragraph (multiple sentences). This is about company. Could be "About Us" heading? The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely we should use those headings if they exist. The posting includes "About Us" and "Overview". Could treat "About Us" as a section heading. It's not in the list but seems appropriate. The instruction says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't say we cannot use other headings, but we should follow that pattern. Probably we can use About Us
and Overview
or combine? The "Overview" is basically the role description. Could treat that as "About the role". The instruction says "About the role" is an example heading. So we could use About the role
for the Overview paragraph. The "About Us" could be a separate section maybe not needed? But we need to preserve all substantive information. The About Us paragraph is substantive. So we need a heading for it. Could use About Allison
or About Us
. Since they didn't forbid, we can use About Us
. Then Overview paragraph could be About the role
. Then Responsibilities as Responsibilities
. Then Qualifications as Qualifications
. Then Benefits as Benefits
. Then Compensation/Pay as Pay
(they have compensation range). Also there is "Equal Opportunities" which is EEO boilerplate; we should remove that. Also there is "Compensation" paragraph after Benefits; we need to include Pay section with the range and mention that actual compensation influenced by factors. Also they mention additional perks and benefits after compensation; but we already have Benefits section; we could incorporate those extra perks into Benefits section (they are part of benefits). The Benefits section already listed many items; after compensation they list additional perks and benefits: month-long sabbatical (but they already have four-week sabbatical every five years; compensation paragraph mentions month-long sabbatical? Actually they said "In addition to medical, dental and vision coverage, we offer a generous unlimited PTO plan, 401k program and comprehensive benefits plan. Additional perks and benefits include a month-long sabbatical, active employee advocacy groups, globally driven DEI initiatives, wellness days, summer Fridays and learning and development programs for our employees." This seems like extra benefits. We should include them in Benefits section.
We must not include filler/placeholder text. All content is specific.
We need to remove duplicated lines, boilerplate like Equal Opportunities, etc.
We need to output only HTML fragment.
Let's extract sections:
About Us: paragraph(s) starting with "We imagine the new..." up to "...welcome to the Allison family."
Overview: "We’re seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO and join Allison’s fast-moving team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a strong sense of discretion. This role is pivotal in ensuring the CEO's time is managed efficiently and effectively."
Responsibilities: bullet list (each line starts with a verb). We'll put - each.
Qualifications: bullet list.
Benefits: bullet list (the list after "Benefits" heading). Also include extra perks from compensation paragraph.
Pay: compensation range paragraph.
Schedule: The posting mentions "Hybrid work environment with home and office schedule (2+ days in office per week) and work from anywhere weeks". That's schedule info. Should we create a Schedule section? The instruction says include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Yes, we have schedule info. So we should add
Schedule
with that sentence.
But note that Benefits already includes "Hybrid work environment with home and office schedule (2+ days in office per week) and work from anywhere weeks". Actually that is under Benefits list. So schedule info is already in Benefits. However we could still have a Schedule section but that would duplicate. Better to keep schedule info within Benefits as it's already there. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can keep schedule info inside Benefits. No separate Schedule section needed.
Pay section: we have compensation range.
We must not include EEO boilerplate.
We must not include "Equal Opportunities" paragraph.
We must not include "Compensation" heading? We'll use Pay
.
Now we need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. Not needed.

Pay
In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $110K- $130K. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location. In addition to medical, dental and vision coverage, we offer a generous unlimited PTO plan, 401k program and comprehensive benefits plan.
We need to ensure we didn't include duplicated lines. The Benefits list includes "Four-week sabbatical every five years of employment" and later "Additional perks and benefits include a month-long sabbatical". Those are distinct but similar; we keep both.
We also have "Generous time off policies (unlimited paid time off, wellness days, national holidays, summer Fridays)" and later "Additional perks and benefits include a month-long sabbatical, active employee advocacy groups, globally driven DEI initiatives, wellness days, summer Fridays and learning and development programs for our employees." That duplicates wellness days and summer Fridays. Might be considered duplicated lines. The instruction: Remove duplicated lines. So we should avoid repeating the same exact phrases. The Benefits list already includes wellness days and summer Fridays. The additional perks line repeats them. We should either not include the additional perks line, or we could merge the unique parts: month-long sabbatical, active employee advocacy groups, globally driven DEI initiatives, learning and development programs. But we already have globally driven DEI initiatives in Benefits list. So we need to avoid duplication.
