Job Overview
The Tennessee Department of Health's (TDH) Division of Health Disparities Elimination (DHDE) in Nashville is hiring an Executive Assistant (Administrative Services Assistant 4) to support DHDE staff and efforts of the division.
Key Responsibilities
- Aid office personnel in developing and processing contracts and competitive procurements according to agency policies and procedures
- Assist DHDE leadership in meeting scheduling and event planning
- Provide efficient technical assistance at the request of DHDE staff
- Execute superior communications skills
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree
- Intermediate to Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, Canva, Emma, and Research Electronic Data Capture (REDCap)
