This role involves serving as a trusted business partner, managing resort-wide hospitality projects, preparing executive communications, facilitating decision-making, monitoring organizational performance, and ensuring accountability across departments.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted partner: Support the Area People Services Director and Director of Finance on high-priority strategic initiatives and organizational projects.
- Coordinate initiatives: Coordinate initiatives across multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Prepare executive communications: Prepare executive presentations, board materials, business cases, dashboards, reports, and strategic communications.
- Facilitate decision-making: Coordinate executive leadership meetings by developing agendas, facilitating discussions, documenting action items, and tracking follow-up.
- Monitor progress: Monitor progress of strategic initiatives and proactively identify risks, barriers, and opportunities.
- Partner with department leaders: Partner with department leaders to improve communication and operational execution.
- Aid in planning: Assist with annual business planning, budgeting processes, forecasting, and organizational planning efforts.
- Support ownership presentations: Support ownership presentations, capital projects, resort initiatives, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate confidential projects: Coordinate confidential projects involving finance, people services, operations, legal matters, and organizational change.
- Develop communications: Develop executive-level communications, talking points, correspondence, and presentations.
- Build relationships: Build strong relationships across all departments to improve collaboration and organizational alignment.
- Manage confidential information: Manage highly confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- Occasional travel: Occasionally coordinate executive travel, meetings, and logistics as part of broader strategic support responsibilities.
- Active team member: Be an active and trusted member of the senior leadership team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of five years of progressively responsible leadership, consulting, project management, operations, finance, or executive support experience.
- Education: Hospitality, resort, luxury service, or executive leadership experience preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional project management and organizational skills, excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills, advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word, experience preparing executive presentations and board-level materials, outstanding analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, ability to influence without direct authority and build relationships across all organizational levels, demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail, highest level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional judgment.
